finally out of the 90/100's here, running about 3 miles today
havent done shit except sweat for the last week, pool party coming up on the 15th so i need to get my sexy on lock down
did manage to get a tan(burn) though, so that should help my pasty whiteness

anyone use headphones while running, mine are pissing me off lately and i am looking for input on which style to look into

I've seen some that have a clip that goes over the ear...should work pretty well.

Did chest tonight. Ewww weeee.

My weight: 181 tonight.
Benched 250 for 7 reps.
No supplements of any kind.
Goal 275 by end of the year.

Feels good man.

I'm going to vomit. Did cardio intervals and I'm dying. Did pretty well though.. Ran a total of 2 miles on the tread starting at 2 then to 9.5 for about 2 minutes and back to 2.. back and forth. Then did knee to chest vertical explosions. 4 sets of 8. Then plank and leg lifts and I was done.. Ready to vomit done. I'm seriously sitting here with my fan on HIGH cause I feel like dying done.
