phat, you need to move to gonzales so we can work out together nohomo.

Thanks dude. You did awesome.
I don't know where I went wrong. I just gradually got out of my good eating habits and it's slowly gone to shit. I find it hard to get motivated to work out by myself but I can't find anyone that is willing with a stable schedule.
:hs:

Let me just preface this by saying no homo. Whether or not you know it, you really helped me turn my life around... lemme look for the thread...

That was all you, buddy. My life was a fucking wreck and just seeing someone take control and do the right thing for themselves was more empowering than you can imagine. Maybe it would've happened anyway, but you were the impetus for me to get my alcoholism in check, get my health to where it should be, and genuinely work on if not totally fix all the problems I saw in myself. For that, you deserve props and I thank you.
Now get your fat ass in the gym.
:edit: shit, practically teared up writing that

You gotta get into a routine man and stick with it. I work out alone every morning before work. I know that's not ideal for some but i'm noticing it works well with me. I get up, do my thing at the gym and don't have to worry about it. Start by just setting short term goals for yourself until you get into the groove of things. I set a goal to fit into a pair of 36x36 jeans I have. I can fit into it, the only problem is they're really tight around my thighs, given some time i feel i'll be able to fit into them. My monthly goal for august is to see my body fat down to 27% and my weight down to 200. I'm currently sitting at 209lbs and 29.3% Body fat. It'll be hard i'm almost sure of that, but i know I can make it happen. You just have to want to brother.
I know you like your guns, but let's say instead of going to the range, how about going to the gym for a half hour, start off slow until you get your legs back, then when you feel comfortable go all out. You can do it because you've done it before and looked amazing, you just have to take what you learned from your PT and apply it.
But don't take my word for it, i'm just a "uppity house **********" :chuckles:
Todays work out was enlightening. I tried dips today unassisted. I could only do 2 sets of 4. After that my arms weren't all that great. Which actually surprised me considering when i was younger and lighter i could barely do 1 dip lol. I used your recommendation Chanc and when benching instead of going for 140 4 times, i was able to do 90 8 times. It was still somewhat heavy and i couldn't do no more then 8 which is still in accordance with the Max-OT way. But man, my body is actually sore. I guess it wasn't use to that, or maybe it was the dips. Who knows, all i know is for some reason i'm tired lol.

I find that most people fail because they set their goals too high and unrealistic and go at too fast.
When you were losing all that weight spanks, I was like niiiice, but then you were doing it too quick with a kind of unrealistic diet schedule. It's hard to eat healthy like that all the time and maintain an exercise schedule like what you had.
For dieting I would suggest cutting slowly all the bad food, but you can indulge once in awhile and for exercising, i say work at your own pace and slowly increase the intensity. I don't know if that was what you were doing all along. Just some general advice.
