I think I usually do around 25-30 lbs on the hips...but yous can easily add more

I use to do them with the ball. I would also do this thing where you go in the same motion you do the bridge but you move the ball back and forth. Works the hell out of your hamstrings lemme tell ya.

Hay Phat, for a butt workout it doesn't get any better than squats. Stiff leg deadlifts are good too. Another version of the "pelvic thrust" is to use a swiss ball for your foot hold instead of a medicine ball, or something stable.

I got bad knees, so i don't do heavy weights when I do squats. On Friday, my knees were in pain for no reason.

You don't have to do em heavy...but that is the best exercise for the glutes. o:

Torres is unstoppable at 135. Only way I feel the glutes is if I do heavy weights. I do em at real light weights and I don't feel it.

Well you can't do real light weights...but you don't need to do heavy ones to get a good stretch. Don't you have a roman chair too? Hyperextensions are good too
