Non Activity
Shoulder felt fine during non activity. Couldn't really feel any pain or anything. If I was rotating my arm slowly is when I would really feel my shoulder click (as I call it) I guess there was a point when my shoulder rotator ball would ride up on the torn labrum and then pop back off it. It didnt really hurt per-se, but it felt uncomfortable.

Activity
I could feel the click pretty bad when doing military with dumbells. Also, Lat pull downs I could feel it bad. The following days after a shoulder workout were pretty bad. I felt sore just like a normal work out, but it was pain mixed with soreness. I could tell something wasnt right.

The location of where I feel the click is a little hard to describe. But imagine if your rotator ball is riding on the labrum in your shoulder and then pops off it. Its right at the rotator ball location.

Shoulder is already feeling much better. I'm very happy I did it and have no regrets. You get tons of sympathy from the ladies ( I told them all I got shot in the shoulder h

Take your hand off the school notes, put it down your pants and start doing the five finger shuffle.

I think I pulled a muscle in my head. Was on my last decline bench set and my headache was getting worse and worse. Did some internet research and it's more than likely a strained brain/head muscle. Not aneurism or anything crazy. My head/neck still hurts today.

Yeah.. Might also be a combination of migraine/tension headache.

I'm taking some motrin and ligting light today. If it hurts more, I'll take some time off. I did great yesterday though. repping 3 plates is finally feeling like a normal thing.
