Well, tonight I benched 290 for two. I weighed in at 183. Now that schools out Ive been hitting it pretty hard. Going for that 300lb bench sometime at the end of January! That will be MOMENTOUS!

It's been rough for the last couple weeks, but still going at it. Workouts have been good (if not quite as frequent as normal), but diet has been a major problem. Now that I'm living at a buddy's house (who orders pizza 4-5 times a week) I'm having trouble finding the discipline to not gorge myself. However, a side benefit of eating too much is that I'm now pushing personal best weight in chest presses (flat, incline & decline) and shoulder presses. Today I put 70lb dumbells up 12,10,10 shoulder press.

I've been horrible. Gained 6-7lbs since moving home. Haven't been doing any cardio, lifting sporadically here and there. Need to hit it hard to kick off the new year.
