It's been rough for the last couple weeks, but still going at it. Workouts have been good (if not quite as frequent as normal), but diet has been a major problem. Now that I'm living at a buddy's house (who orders pizza 4-5 times a week) I'm having trouble finding the discipline to not gorge myself. However, a side benefit of eating too much is that I'm now pushing personal best weight in chest presses (flat, incline & decline) and shoulder presses. Today I put 70lb dumbells up 12,10,10 shoulder press.
