Easy abs/chest/back day. I'm going to try and make time to get into the gym more...even though by the time I commute to work, work, and commute back...I'm pooped.

been slacking, played bball for 4 hours sunday, and i was tore up. rested yesterday, will hit up the cardio and chest tonight.

i would but my leg workouts arent that intense due to having not-so-great knees. i dont lift heavy so it works out just fine.

i pretty much do legs every workout. today i did squats and lunges. on my other days i'll do leg presses and more lunges or those reverse cable woodchoppers (which i consider to be a leg exercise h

Can you tell me how your shoulder felt during non-activity and during activity before you had surgery? Also, where precisely did it hurt?

If it were me, I would isolate legs on a single day. The sheer mass of muscle in comparison to other muscles in your body will effect the the way they all gain mass and repair. I think this applies to any volume or type of leg workout. Again, just my 2¢

i agree. its just that it would then require an extra day at the gym totally dedicated to legs and i dont has too much time for that :hs: so until this proves to be somewhat useless i'll stick to what ive got going for now
