Hahaa.... That ab workout is crazy. The chick in the video doesn't look incredibly ripped, and she hangs in there.

Just worked shoulders. I can barely put my shirt back on. My arms refuse to go past shoulder height. ugh.. so beat. But... I killed it. miltary presses repping 245 (seated) 8 times.

work on your form and it gets alot harder, took me a week or so to figure out some of them, obliques are frustrating, i just fall over h:

Haha...that's what I thought...then the next day anything I did to jolt my abs (cough, laugh etc..) I was in pain...hahah.
