Just worked shoulders. I can barely put my shirt back on. My arms refuse to go past shoulder height. ugh.. so beat. But... I killed it. miltary presses repping 245 (seated) 8 times.

Just tried ab ripper x for the first time. I was able to make it all the way through only pausing a couple times for 30 seconds or so My impressions:
-My form sucks, I am not nearly flexible enough for any of the exercises that require you keep your legs straight (scissors, leg climbs, etc)
-it hurt towards the end, but afterwords it didn't feel like that much of a workout. But feeling my belly and the way my obliques are popping out, my body is saying something different. I guess the real test will be whether I'm sore tomorrow.
-Only 15 minutes, damn.
scissors and the leg raise that requires straight legs are impossible for me, i just do the best i can, leg climbs i can actually do fine
work on your form and it gets alot harder, took me a week or so to figure out some of them, obliques are frustrating, i just fall over h:
