I'm about 152 right now cause I was hibernating

. I can, you just got to find the right ones. I have a decent sized chest and shoulders though. I typically wear Smalls.

Forced myself to go to the gym at 815 tonight as soon as I got home from work to do cardio. Gonna force myself to go tomorrow morning before work to lift.
