I've been working out all week. Did chest on Monday, back on Tuesday and today was biceps and triceps. Abs everyday. Eating tuna on sourdough everyday for lunch.

lately the fitness camp haven't seen much activity, therefore causing me to slack off for two weeks. I'm back at it again. hit up the back exercise yesterday and played 2 hours of bball.

Anybody wants me to take a vid of me working out tonight? I got me a video camera now and want to use it? :yeshomo:

I haven't been slacking. I'm still at it and I'm seeing good gains. Just started a 2 week cutting contest here at the office. I'm probably not going to win, but I started yesterday with my regular strength training at lunch (full set chest workout) and got on the elliptical for 45 minutes at home later that evening. No carbs at dinner/night.

Noted: I ate a hagen daz crunch ice cream bar yesterday and a waffle coned ice cream with it

diet is my weak point. If I can somehow eat right, I would be pretty cut my ab exercise has been working and my exercise plan has been decent. My cardio is okay, but it has taken a backseat since my pulled hamstring.

no, i don't eat much junk food, i rarely eat chips, ice-cream, candy, etc etc. it's i just eat high fatty food and carbs and drink on the weekends

word. yeah lately ive been eating more junky stuff, i.e. ice cream and chocolate. but i cook all my other meals and theyre all healthy. its almost impossible to completely refrain from the crap :hs:
