lately the fitness camp haven't seen much activity, therefore causing me to slack off for two weeks. I'm back at it again. hit up the back exercise yesterday and played 2 hours of bball.

I haven't been slacking. I'm still at it and I'm seeing good gains. Just started a 2 week cutting contest here at the office. I'm probably not going to win, but I started yesterday with my regular strength training at lunch (full set chest workout) and got on the elliptical for 45 minutes at home later that evening. No carbs at dinner/night.
diet is my weak point. If I can somehow eat right, I would be pretty cut
my ab exercise has been working and my exercise plan has been decent. My cardio is okay, but it has taken a backseat since my pulled hamstring.

word. yeah lately ive been eating more junky stuff, i.e. ice cream and chocolate. but i cook all my other meals and theyre all healthy. its almost impossible to completely refrain from the crap :hs:
