Just got back from a run... pretty lame. It's been almost two weeks and I'm at about 172 today, so it was not pleasant.

I'm down to 185 (usually around 187-9). Showing visible changes in arm/shoulder/back...chest and abs still flabs, but theres strength under there.

Next trainer session is Friday!

5'8 165 is my target weight and I generally fluxuate between about 167-170, but I can definitely feel a few extra pounds when I'm running.

OK fitness crew, I've got a stamina problem h:

I generally do circuits, and my first time around I can usually beast out some good numbers, second time is generally like 75% of first set (either in terms of reps, weight or both), third set is pretty weak, and so on. For example, tonight I hit the gym and did dumbbell press. I beasted out 85x14 the first set and felt like super man... second set I struggled to finish 70x12. :hs: I would just start lower, but then I don't feel like I'm getting the same workout... plus there's the cool factor of using the really big weights Any suggestions?

Biggest thing you need to change is your diet so your muscles have more energy coming into them while you are working out. Water will help a bunch in that, make sure you are getting a large amount per day ( more then 1 gallon). Also make sure you eat some proteins and carbs 45 minutes before you hit the gym so your muscles have something to feed on.
