back day today... pretty good workout. Moving a refrigerator and a stove tonight, so a little exercise there. I'll go for a run if I'm not completely pooped after that.

I've decided to go for more reps at slightly reduced weight because A) I feel more burn, muscle feels tighter for longer afterwords, and B) I feel like I'm becoming too much of a beefcake (no offense Jay h: )

HAHAHA none taken.

I ran this weekend and carried a ton of tile and mortar and wonderboard and a cast iron tub and three toilets.

I'm kinda tired.

my core is getting pretty strong now. gettin pretty lean and cut up. not bad for lifting at least 4xs a week and doing cardio on my "off" days

Not bad, but I seem to remember you looking more cut in a previous photo? :thinking:


I had a shitty half-assed shoulder workout today. I meant to do core too, but went back to the office instead.

I've just been running a lot, with the occasional push-up and pull-up routine.
keeping my HR at about 160 for 30 minutes, 5 times a week....still having trouble burning off fat.

back up to 182 from 176. :X having bad knee problems. makes working out a pain in the ass. cut back on everything to heal. getting back into the "abs till you puke" program and the 100 pushups in 6 weeks program.

did chesticles and popeyes today. I was working in on the decline bench with some really fit looking guy (who probably had about 20-25 lbs on me) and was able to keep up until the last set Feeling much better, but alas, a weekend full of work = no progress for the next couple days For once, I actually wish the work week was longer h:
