still 155, I was around 160, until i stopped taking the protein

now i'm consistently at 155

In again. Been going to 24hr. with Craig roughly 3 times a week, going to some of the group classes, and feeling a little stronger. Still have this tire around my waist I need to work on.

Still stuck at 187.5lbs though...
