Worked out shoulders and back today.. BROLY!!!! Smallest muscles are the worst. UGH.

I'm more tired today than I was after yesterday. I feel results and see slightly more definition. Down to my last belt hole. Too. Probably due to me not eating anymore rice.

Put up 300lbs. on the bench for the first time ever last Monday, felt like shit today, didn't get too much done with chest today.....overall prolly a slow week getting back into the routine since spring break

Welp....decided to gym it. Did an easy ab workout, followed by chest/back circuit workout, and a little cardio. Hopefully it won't take too long to get acclimated to working out again.

Wife and I are going to the gym to do the circuit routine again. She is a bit sore but surprisingly I wasn't sore at all after the last workout and I am still not
