That's what im desperately trying to do. So far it's going good. Checked and i'm at 28% BF. My goal is to knock it to the teens by the end of the year. It's going to be rough but now that I have a finish line I can stay more focused. Unlike before when I really didn't have any goals and was just doing it to be healthier.

 

I don't know what my BF% is, and I don't think I want to know. I just know I need to lean out.

 

Getting started is the hardest part.Im sure anyone will agree to that.


As soon as results start to show..its smooooth sailing from there.

And I need to figure out a way to do incline db presses. My apt complex gym has a flat bench to use DB's on, but not an incline bench....so I've just been doing pushups with feet elevated on bench.
