back day today... pretty good workout. Moving a refrigerator and a stove tonight, so a little exercise there. I'll go for a run if I'm not completely pooped after that.

I've decided to go for more reps at slightly reduced weight because A) I feel more burn, muscle feels tighter for longer afterwords, and B) I feel like I'm becoming too much of a beefcake (no offense Jay h: )
