Glutamine is obviously produced on its own..But not at the rate that he needs...Glutamine is a Huuuuge Amino responsible for Muscle Fiber rehabilitating..I highly suggest it.

and as to answer your question on ZEUS Test Boost..Im not using it as a PCT,however it can be used as one.Its more of a High Level Test Boost that Naturally raises your bodys Test.Altho the reason I am taking this to get on something heavier...If you want to know what I was taking in Iraq..I was taking Omnivol..Had great results with that.I WOULD NOT suggest taking anything to that degree without any type of liver assist....Ive also been doing alot of research on Rv5 Rage(heard alot about it)

Holy crap you guys take a lot of stuffs. I occasionally have a protein shake post workout, but mostly I'm supplement free. I havent had a protein supplement for a few weeks now.
