So i've been lifting at the gym m,w,f and cardio on the treadmill t,t,s with a rest on sundays. Here's to looking mean.

Oh, and my body hurts dam near everyday it seems :wtc:

If i eat anymore protein i'll be shitting it out forever.

But i do need to up the intake though, i'm running low on the stuff i have and i want to get some AST V2 but i have to wait until i get paid first.

Not always the case...Look into buying a powder form of Glutamine..Possible some Joint support supps too...your body is hurting because of the lack of Amino Acids it requires to rebuild muscle tissue during your protein synthesis..Which is pretty much the post workout affect.(Also known as the muscle Healing)

your body can prioduce enough glutamine on its own... look into taking amino acids that your body can not make on its own... i beilve there are 12 different forms...

i can get the names if you want
