Official HAN Fitness Camp III
Lol, I've been trying to de-bulk for a couple months now. When people started commenting and calling me "muscles," I realized I'm not into the beefcake look 
:edit: My original fitness goal when I started all this business was to maintain 165 lbs, but get the body fat in the 10-12% range. Lately I've been well over 170lbs.

DUDES...
ive been doing the p90x work out for one week now and i droped down to 199lbs =O
its probably the most intense work out i have ever done.
i highly recomend it, if you can hang with the videos.

Someone with p90x help me out. I lent my play station to my brother but I left the ab ripper x video in it. How does it go again?

I can't remember how it goes
:edit: forgot wide-leg situps. I can't remember where it goes, although it probably doesn't matter what order you do them in
