Almost a week with no updateshreally:

Anyhoo, boobs and a late-night run last night. It rained a bit, which was good because it was about 90* yesterday, but I was a complete sweat monster.

I've just got a few more days before I hit the beach. I was 169 yesterday... let's see if I can get down to 165 by the end of the week :hsugh:

hit up some chest yesterday, feels good. but my eating habits are getting worse. oh well that is why i work out.

 

I weighed 186lb last friday...

of course that weekend was my bestfriend's 21st bday weekend so I drank starting at 1pm Friday all the way till 4am Sunday ate lots of unhealthy foods too
