You're right, no argument here. When I don't eat out I don't eat great (lot of hot dogs and so forth) but it's certainly better than fast food.
I'm not really in a big rush, slow and steady progress + plus I've always loved fast food.

I'm gonna slow it down a lot. Soon :hsugh:

Back day today, imma do abs and run tonight if weather allows (giant thunder/hail storm right now).

I weighed in at 172 again today I'm going to try to get it down to 165 even within the next two weeks because I'm going to the beach for a week and will probably not be working out the whole time (not to mention vacation-style eating). I've become pretty beefy in the last month or so... not really sure what I'm doing different

rollerbladed five miles with my two friends today

reminded me of a problem that i've had since i was like eight or nine. my ears hurt when i run or, well i guess rollerblade, outside. they used to kill when i played soccer outside (don't remember them hurting when i played indoor). i googled it and someone said it was the wind, but it wasn't that windy. another person said they heard it had to do with allergies and since you breathe a lot harder, you get more of the shit you're allergic to (pollen, grass) in your system and your throat / ears can hurt.

the second one makes more sense to me.

Run successful The storm cooled everything down nicely. I swear, my ability to run is directly correlated to the temperature outside. :/

just curious...it looked like we have a similar build (besides me being 4" taller and 40lbs heavier h: )...I was trying to estimate how much weight I need to try to lose.
