h: I've always been heavier than my frame would seem to indicate. I think it's partially due to my thunder thighs and partially due to some heavy internal organs or something :thinking: I think phat is 5'8" and has more upper body musculature than I do, but I still have a good 15 pounds on him. :/

I'm not thick boned, not do i have thick solid muscles. My older brother is the opposite, he's thick boned and have solid muscles on him even though he's fat
Just the way genetics work.
I have a summer workout partner so hopefully the next two months I can be really cut. I've been having pretty good ab workouts. I want to get a defined 6 pack abs without dieting. Lets see if I can do it

but the last time i gained weight, i was eating 8000 calories a day. so we'll see.

h: Pretty good considering I'm still a little stuffed. I'm surprised I didn't get a cramp 
Shoulders and ab ripper at lunch today. I did clean and press for the first time in a long time... well not really clean and press, but like an upright row followed by a military press... I just don't know what it's called
Anyway, good stuff... I definitely felt it more than my normal dumbbell shoulder presses.

my diet is still carp, but i'm hanging in there.
