Yeah, I'm probably not a good person to judge that by h: I've always been heavier than my frame would seem to indicate. I think it's partially due to my thunder thighs and partially due to some heavy internal organs or something :thinking: I think phat is 5'8" and has more upper body musculature than I do, but I still have a good 15 pounds on him. :/

I'm the same way. I've seen guys that are taller and look way bigger than me who I outweigh by quite a bit.

you're thick all around dave, if you know what i mean

I'm not thick boned, not do i have thick solid muscles. My older brother is the opposite, he's thick boned and have solid muscles on him even though he's fat Just the way genetics work.

I have a summer workout partner so hopefully the next two months I can be really cut. I've been having pretty good ab workouts. I want to get a defined 6 pack abs without dieting. Lets see if I can do it

holy crap. i dropped all the way to 168 lbs.

finally joined a gym.
current
6'1"
168 lbs.
body fat - i'm not sure, but i think i actually have quite a bit for a skinny fuck.

goal by end of august
185lbs

i'm so tired after work, i'm just going to do a couple compound exercises a few times a week.
but the last time i gained weight, i was eating 8000 calories a day. so we'll see.

Just got back from my pre-bedtime run h: Pretty good considering I'm still a little stuffed. I'm surprised I didn't get a cramp

Shoulders and ab ripper at lunch today. I did clean and press for the first time in a long time... well not really clean and press, but like an upright row followed by a military press... I just don't know what it's called Anyway, good stuff... I definitely felt it more than my normal dumbbell shoulder presses.

I've been hitting the abs pretty nicely, but haven't done any cardio for like three weeks already. my diet is still carp, but i'm hanging in there.
