My left lat cannot develop (i.e. stick out bruce lee style) because of scar tissue, so the muscle is all bundled up just under and to the side of my shoulder blade. Its just as strong as the other side, just looks wierd. So if I gunned my lats bruce lee style, I would be lopsided. You can even see the difference in that pic (not flexing my lats).

Did some back and lats yesterday and played an hour of bball. then went and ate some pizzas and wings yesterday. I'm trying to get beautiful for the beach in 2 weeks, but my fat intake might hinder my sexiness

i posted a vid of my random workouts, here is a quick shoulder workout. My workouts usually last 10 to 20 minutes, depending how much exercise i try to incorporate. I try to do a different body part everyday, i.e. shoulders, bicep, tricep, lats/back, chest, and legs.

This shoulder workout was completed in about 10 minute, I did these exercises consecutively then took a 1 minute break, then repeat for another two rounds. I do that with the other body parts too, workout a series of exercises then rest for 1 minute or I would do ab exercises for that 1 minute, then repeat the sets.

I'm not trying to get bigger, i'm just trying to maintain. Don't know if it's working

Sorry for the bad quality, i'm missing two lightbulbs in the room.

lifting 5xs a week now instead of 3 and doing low-intensity workouts on my "off" days. so im doing something everyday. i feel great


i didnt click the vid b/c i thought it would be too homo. but you should invest in some new lightbuls
