Apparently I eat less calories than I expend. I was consistently 155lbs for a few months and it seems like I've been 154lbs for three to four days now.

I was 157 when I quit lifting in 10/07.
Went down to 145 for a while after that.
Now I'm 157 again,...and I haven't been lifting

I know you're not suppose to weigh yourself everyday, but i be curious. Lets see if I keep losing weight, if that is the case I'm starting proteins again and changing my workout regimen.

Just got back from chest/back/abs. I took a week and a half off thanks to a strained back muscle...I feel worked right now.
