Good shit Craig David. I haven't tried to bench hard since two or three weeks ago since I have no more partner oh well getting slimmer by the day. I'm down a pound since last week 154lbs Apparently I eat less calories than I expend. I was consistently 155lbs for a few months and it seems like I've been 154lbs for three to four days now.
