i posted a vid of my random workouts, here is a quick shoulder workout. My workouts usually last 10 to 20 minutes, depending how much exercise i try to incorporate. I try to do a different body part everyday, i.e. shoulders, bicep, tricep, lats/back, chest, and legs.
This shoulder workout was completed in about 10 minute, I did these exercises consecutively then took a 1 minute break, then repeat for another two rounds. I do that with the other body parts too, workout a series of exercises then rest for 1 minute or I would do ab exercises for that 1 minute, then repeat the sets.
I'm not trying to get bigger, i'm just trying to maintain. Don't know if it's working
