Just got back from my pre-bedtime run

h: Pretty good considering I'm still a little stuffed. I'm surprised I didn't get a cramp
Shoulders and ab ripper at lunch today. I did clean and press for the first time in a long time... well not really clean and press, but like an upright row followed by a military press... I just don't know what it's called

Anyway, good stuff... I definitely felt it more than my normal dumbbell shoulder presses.
