Back day today, imma do abs and run tonight if weather allows (giant thunder/hail storm right now).
I weighed in at 172 again today

I'm going to try to get it down to 165 even within the next two weeks because I'm going to the beach for a week and will probably not be working out the whole time (not to mention vacation-style eating). I've become pretty beefy in the last month or so... not really sure what I'm doing different :thinking:
