I also bought some shakes from the grocery store EAS stuffs. If anyone can recommend cheap protein at GNC, Wal-Mart or the like, I'm all ears. The myoplex is like $10 for 4 little shakes.

dont get the little shakes. just get powder and mix w/ milk ftw
Werd. Individual drinks are bank! Just get a tub of ON 100% whey gold standard in whatever flavor you want, and mix with the drink of your choice.

:edit: I like the ABB Steel Bars a lot. They are cheap, and very effective, keeps from having to mix shakes and clean up all the time.

I met with a personal trainer yesterday (free with my new gym membership). He said my diet and workout routine were spot on. He just suggested I add some slow cardio (heart rate 130-140bpm) for roughly 45 minutes if I want to burn some more fat. He said if I want I can break it up and do half before my workout and half after.
He also measured my percent body fat... 15.9%
I guess it's a good thing because I look good at that percent so if I cut down to under 10% I will look great :hs:
