I met with a personal trainer yesterday (free with my new gym membership). He said my diet and workout routine were spot on. He just suggested I add some slow cardio (heart rate 130-140bpm) for roughly 45 minutes if I want to burn some more fat. He said if I want I can break it up and do half before my workout and half after.
He also measured my percent body fat... 15.9%

I guess it's a good thing because I look good at that percent so if I cut down to under 10% I will look great :hs:
