wow that's a big difference. I would imagine that either they had a really shitty scale or it was broken. They aren't normally off by that much (unless you carry all 6.98% of your body fat in your legs :rofl
not at all, it was no where that could be seen. I was awesomely lean, I cannot wait until I get back to that.

It is not that freakish, normal people can do it, it just depends on how dedicated they are to achieving that goal
I had 6% body fat when i was in high school, but i also weighed 130lbs
werd. When I was 18 and very unhealthy (mentally) I at one point got down to 138 after being a healthy 175 during highschool. I was probably close to 6% body fat then, and it was gross.
I lost ~18 pounds of muscle over the summer when i tore my MCL and PCL.
But 30lbs is astounding.
Erik (canada) and I went to the gym at least 6 days a week for 2-3 years. I started off pretty small (weighing 155lbs, benching around 135lbs 3x8 reps a 160lb max) and got up to weighing 187lbs and benching 225lbs 3x10 reps with a 285lbs max (I probably could have pushed 300lbs but never tried it).
I don't know why, but that always has meant a lot to me if i could get to double plates. I guess because you know who is legit in the gym if they are doing that much weight or more.
