Not always the case...Look into buying a powder form of Glutamine..Possible some Joint support supps too...your body is hurting because of the lack of Amino Acids it requires to rebuild muscle tissue during your protein synthesis..Which is pretty much the post workout affect.(Also known as the muscle Healing)
your body can prioduce enough glutamine on its own... look into taking amino acids that your body can not make on its own... i beilve there are 12 different forms...
