worked out for 2.5 hours today, didnt eat anything bad except some chips as appetizer to lunch and wife signed us up for a 10k :eek5:

I do approximately 7k a few times a week, so I guess I probably wouldn't have too much trouble with 10

I might be able to beat my mom in a 10k, but even that is a stretch :hsugh:

When I get suckered into it, my squadron will run a 5K in 27 minutes. It's sad, I know. I'm poised to run it in 13 minutes, but I have to run in a flight of 40 people
