no problem, look up the abb steel bars on there, the pb is not to bad, and for like $0.80 a bar, they are a steal. Great for a post workout snack.

So I just took my measurements, not real happy but not super depressed either.

Arms: 15"
Neck: 16"
Chest: 41"
Waist: 33"

Fatty fo sho......

Oh well, in six months, I will laugh at this.

I hit up some cardio yesterday, and while I was jump roping, my rope ripped in half

Now I have to go buy a new jump rope. Also hit up the abs. Tonight will be more cardio and then chest. I feel fantastic

It was suppose to be Plyos yesterday, but I fell asleep when I got home and woke up at 11:30pm so I didn't work out. Bis and Back today. Along with Abs.
