Just went for a run and about half way through (20 minutes or so) I started feeling really weird. My body felt awesome, none of the usual running aches, and my lungs were pumping better than usual... but I felt really light-headed, almost dizzy. Then I was struck with a sudden urge for a dairy queen blizzard (hadn't had one in many years). I was afraid I was going to pass out or stumble into traffic or something, so I stopped running and walked the rest of the way. Then I got a blizzard

On a side note, my old routine was a circuit of whatever muscle group I was targeting that day plus one core exercise mixed into each circuit. I gave up doing core daily and have been doing ab ripper 2x per week. I'm definitely showing a little more sexay in the bellay than I was a month ago.
