leaving to go to the gym and meet with a personal trainer in 20 minutes. I talked a lot of shit to the personal trainer so this workout should be pretty brutal :chuckles:

Feeling super strong today. Been using the gym at my new office and it's AWESOME.

Bench (flat)

did 225 x 10

245 x 15

225 x 20

135 x 30

In between sets I did alternating bicep curls

35 x 16 (each arm)

45 x 8

55 x 8

65 x 8

30 to failure (basically when the veins in my forehead and neck look like they're going to pop I stop)

then I did dumbell flys and box jumps and finished it off with an ab routine. all in all I felt REALLY strong (for the first time in a long time.) I'm going to stack it up next week with a spotter!

I met with my personal trainer yesterday and holy fuck He put me through the hardest workout of my life. I was close to puking at least twice. My entire body is quite tired today. I would compare the wokout to p90x except with higher resistance and at least twice as hard.

You definitely have the genes to be huge, and well, you are.

I wish I had those types of genes....

Actually, it's been years of eating and lifitng heavy. I was 140-165 lbs in high school as a senior.

I put on 40 lbs since then.h: I've always been a heavy lifting kinda guy though. I blame it on my ego.
