Feeling super strong today. Been using the gym at my new office and it's AWESOME.
Bench (flat)
did 225 x 10
245 x 15
225 x 20
135 x 30
In between sets I did alternating bicep curls
35 x 16 (each arm)
45 x 8
55 x 8
65 x 8
30 to failure (basically when the veins in my forehead and neck look like they're going to pop I stop)
then I did dumbell flys and box jumps and finished it off with an ab routine. all in all I felt REALLY strong (for the first time in a long time.) I'm going to stack it up next week with a spotter!
