i would but my leg workouts arent that intense due to having not-so-great knees. i dont lift heavy so it works out just fine.
i pretty much do legs every workout. today i did squats and lunges. on my other days i'll do leg presses and more lunges or those reverse cable woodchoppers (which i consider to be a leg exercise
