If it were me, I would isolate legs on a single day. The sheer mass of muscle in comparison to other muscles in your body will effect the the way they all gain mass and repair. I think this applies to any volume or type of leg workout. Again, just my 2¢
i agree. its just that it would then require an extra day at the gym totally dedicated to legs and i dont has too much time for that :hs: so until this proves to be somewhat useless i'll stick to what ive got going for now
