i wake up every morning with my shoulders aching :wtc:
If you have what I had (labral tear) the surgery wasnt that bad. It sucked for the first 2-3 weeks but now its not too bad. I'm still doing PT and what not. The only reason I wanna get the other one done is that I hit my deductable on my insurance h:
Felt kinda weak at the gym today. Not sure if it's because I skipped Friday or because I'm still wiped out from riding yesterday. Either way, I'll be stepping it up this week. Gonna check out some of the p90x stuff and see if I find anything I like
I think I need my right one done. I have a sharp pain in the back of my right shoulder often.

Guess I'll jump in. I finally ordered up the P90X program and got it last Friday, and starting today. For those of you that have used it, what did you think?
5'8"
~150-155 lbs. (don't have scale)
Body fat = ? (my guess would be 12-16%)
I'm in reasonably good health and body shape considering I haven't exercised regularly in years. My goals are to tone up some, improve cardio, gain a little more upper body strength/size. I should have started this when I started diving school :hs:
