i feel good today, did some abs and shoulders. i just can't seem to burn the fat by the obliques though
dieting is my enemy.

Today was supposed to be a running day, but it's freezing rain outside (prolly going to snow )
So instead I did a boobie circuit:
85x12 flat dumbbell press
60x12 incline dumbbell press
135x20 decline bench
50x20 cable crossover (aka hulk squeeze)
60x12 " "
Rinse, repeat. I AM ALL THAT IS MAN!!!!

my diet is goin' pretty well, minus the weekends.
still hittin' up the elliptical and doin' abs / pushups.
my gut is diminishing.
