Missed my last couple updates, but did YogaX on Friday with mar and it kicked my asshole. haha. Sore on saturday (which was a rest day anyways), Just got back from an hour long walk to the park and back with tyler in tow. Stopped by the kiddie jungle gym for a set of pull-ups. Tonight we're doing chest and back.

This morning's breakfast: (6am)

1 egg yolk
4 egg whites
scrambled

4 slices of tomato

2 slices of whole grain toast

1 cup of coffee

back from our walk: (10:30)

1 protein shake (2 scoops 46g protein)

1 cup coffee

Multi-vitamin, b12 complex, fish-oil, flaxseed oil.

Lunch is going to be pan seared chicken breast over a mixed green salad with garbanzo beans.

Since moving to day shift my workout schedule has been all messed up. Only made it in once this week. Gonna have to buckle down next week and get it done.

do it at lunch if you can swing it. When I made the switch from after work to lunch time, that was probably the best thing that ever happened for me fitness-wise.

I dont get a lunch exactly. I mean I do get a lunch but I cant leave for it. Plus I'm in uniform so I'd have to change out then go workout and come back change back into my uniform and go back to work.

^ just stay in uniform, maybe workout in the restroom. Then you can come back to work all drenched in sweat. People will think you're all cracked out or something... just rub your nose a lot and nobody will say anything.

Nah then I'd be sweaty and uncomfortable in a uniform for the next 6 hours

Its really either get up early and be at the gym at 4am when it opens and be on my way to work by 530amor workout at 9pm to 1000/1030 and be in bed by 11. Main downside with this is I get up at 5 and 6 hours sleep blows. Plus once I come home and start winding down I lose the motivation to go workout

Just got done working Bi's tri's shoulders and abs. I am SOOOOO beat its not even funny.

Didn;t have my salad 'cause we had to run errands, but had sashimi instead. 1 small salad, 6 piece salmon sashimi, 3 piece tuna sashimi and 1 scoop rice and an iced tea.

Having a protein shake right now and I'll probably have some almonds before bed.

I've never really counted calories, but I would think maybe 2000 to 2400 right now? I've been eating lots of fruits and veggies so that get's me full and keeps me level. I try not to focus on HOW many calories I intake, but more so on what the nutritional value of the food I eat is.

That's crazy for a big guy like you. Last time I counted I was over 5000 on a typical weekend day, and more like 3500 on a typical week day.

Yeah. I'm trying to cut a little, and I'm not doing any endurance cardio.
The way I see it is
breakfast: 500-700

Snack 100-200

Lunch: 500-600

Snack: 100-200

Dinner: 300-500

protein shakes all day 400

Misc 300

That's a really rough estimate and I know I'm overestimating on the snacks cause they're usually like 1 apple and a spoonful of natural peanut better or 1-2 oz of almonds or some fruit/veggie variation.

I'm drinking primarily water right now and that's helped me feel a whole lot better. No more soft drinks.
