Came home from the Hornets game last night (fuckers useless without Chris Paul) and did some quick back workout yesterday. Will hit up the cardio and legs tonight.

Been back at it for about 3 weeks now, but I haven't hit the weights as hard as I have wanted. The grueling stress of 2 1/2 years of putting myself through school along with having a full-time job, a house, church, and building a business along with a multitude of other things took their toll on me. So I have been sleeping a lot to try and get my body back on track, and it seems that I feel better everyday, and require less down time. I can tell that I am getting stronger again fairly quick, so once my diet and workouts are fully in place, progress should be easy to attain.
Arms and abs yesterday, went for a run today (it was like 65* global warming :crazyr: ). May stop by the gym later this evening after dinner if I feel like it.
