bad diet will fuck you up, no matter how hard you workout. I need a total rehaul of my diet, but it will never happen.

I did some quick cardio yesterday night, feels good. Will hit up the tris and abs tonight.
I usually do two warmup sets then stretch my shoulders, but i'm the least flexible person ever so i think that's why i hurt myself when lifting.

I worked chest last night. I was kinda tired from patching up the drywall ceiling. I'll pick up the slack tonight.

Was chest, bicep, and ab workout.

My biceps got a good rocking, but it's hard to get 100% chest ass whooping when you have noone there to spot. :wtc:
I'm going to continue to do only dumbell and see where it gets me.

Tonite is back, tricep, and legs. : /
