Was chest, bicep, and ab workout.

My biceps got a good rocking, but it's hard to get 100% chest ass whooping when you have noone there to spot. :wtc:
I'm going to continue to do only dumbell and see where it gets me.

Tonite is back, tricep, and legs. : /
