my gf got a free evaluation gift certificate from her chiropractor, so i used that on friday, first time i ever went 
checked out my back and hips, couple x-rays, told me some exercises to mix in, popped my hip back in place, got some free extra firm rubber band :rockon:
then they hooked up some electrode shit to be back and shoulder, it beat the hell out of the muscles and my abs also, easiest workout ever
running today, we will see how the hip feels, it was a little sore last night when i gave it a workout, but i powered through, twice
