ive been fairly quiet in the workout threads. '08 was the year i decided to lean out and get my body fat down below 10%. i changed up my diet, going to a strict 6 meal/day plan (first 3 meals consist of carbs/protein, last 3 meals consist of protein/veggies).

also added high intensity cardio 3x/week to my routine, adding up to 6 days/week (i only take saturdays off). with the exception of going to asia a couple weeks ago, ive been true to this routine.

seven years ago, i weighed 220lbs and probably had 25-30% body fat. then over the course of 6 years, i went to 165lbs @ 12%, getting a pretty decent physique. today i'm at 155lbs @ 6% body fat, verified in a dunk tank. this was mainly a challenge to myself, to see if i could really get in the shape i never thought i could. at 31, i'm in the best shape of my life, and i hope to keep it up.

ill regret this later, but here's a pic.
