OK, that makes sense then. I feel like I could do a little more on decline, but getting myself onto the bench with the weights is pretty sketchy h:

Yea I feel ya. I've never been a big fan of decline DB bench press for that reason. I either do decline barbell press or we have a plate loaded decline machine that I use pretty frequently. For incline I use DBs all the time. Flat press I mix up between barbell and dumbells

I quit the p90x stuff because i just hate it, so i doubt i'll get back with it. I might just do a disc here and there but that is about it.

Well yesterday I hit up chest, and i do a different body part each day. So today is Bicep, and Wednesday is tricep, etc etc.

Yesterday routine. Bench press 145lbs until failure, then straight to 10 perfect pushup, then 10 regular pushup, then dips until failure, and then to straight arm cable pull without weights. (don't know what the actual exercise is called)

1 minute rest and repeat, but instead of regular width pushups I do 10 wide perfect pushup, then 10 wide pushup.

Last set is the same except with close wide pushups. And that is that for the night. I was suppose to do my ab exercise, but I quit so I can play some COD
