Just trying to be healthy. :hugglez: My diet has changed a lot too. Dinner is usually chicken breast and mixed green salad. Snacking on almonds and fat free yogurt. Lots of green veggies and only whole grain carbs. No sugar, no artificial sweetners and avoiding anything with corn syrup (which is amost impossible). Natural peanut butter and lots of legumes.

Eating 6 small meals a day and protein shake after each workout before bed. Trying to keep my mass but trim down the insulation.

The way I do it is, limit "white" carbs. White bread, rice, crackers.

I only eat Whole Wheat and Whole grain or brown rice at the moment. The darker green the veggies the better. Basic veggies like green beans, spinach and broccoli.

When I grocery shop, I spend 90% of my time in the produce section now. Most of it is a quick stir fry/ sautee' in olive oil.

lots of eggs too 'cause eggs are really good for you. I think it helps that I pretty much cleaned out all the bad stuff from the fridge. Only real bad things in there are the beer and the 1 pint of Ben and Jerry's. (mar's)

You should pick up "The Abs Diet". I'm not following it "by the book", but use it more like a guideline on how to eat to be healthy. It really is worth the price of the book, although you'll be like me and say, "yeah I knew that already" for most of it.

I know if you changed your diet, you and Rich could compete for lowest body fat % cause you're already 90% there.h:

I'm not even close to Rich status :eh: h: but I'll see what I can cut from my diet. I don't want to completely change my diet because I know it won't work. I'll just not eat the really bad stuff such as burgers, fries, fried food, fried chicken, beer, soda, and ice cream. Ooh and I need to up my cardio intensity, that would be half the battle right there. I'm just not much of a runner.
